Can I request a sample?

We make 3 samples specifically for you to fit in with your wedding theme/colours.  We would usually meet with you before this to get all your ideas on board making sure that the stationery is as personal to you as possible.

Can the wedding invitations be matched to our wedding colour scheme?

All our invitations are bespoke and made to match your wedding as close as we possibly can.  We can not guarantee an exact match but we will do our best!

What is the average turnaround time?

It tends to vary per customer (depending on how quickly we get the information and how many proof revisions), but the average time is 4 weeks from ordering to receiving your invitations.

How many proofs am I allowed?

We want to help you get your wedding stationery absolutely perfect so we will re-design as many proofs as it takes to get it right.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. We’ll print the exact number of wedding stationery items that you need.

Do you supply envelopes?

All wedding invitations come with envelopes.

What cards and papers are available?

We use a variety of quality cards and papers.  We have swatch cards available for you to see when we meet to discuss your requirements.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a non refundable deposit of £50 before any stationery is started.  The rest is due on completion of the stationery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Bank transfers are free, easy and quick. Our bank details will be on the invoice supplied once you order is complete.

What are your Opening hours?

We have a varied working pattern to fit in with our customers. We will fit in appointments around you as we know most couples work in the week and evenings/weekends are a better time. You can e-mail us anytime throughout the week and we will reply as soon as possible usually the same day!

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel your order a cancellation fee will be payable as follows: 0% of order value if order is cancelled before work commences, 50% of order value if proofs have been signed, 100% of order value once proofs have been approved and production work has begun.
